Crisis protocol — for an immediate risk to life, escalate to the on-call duty manager and emergency services first. Logging a High-risk session raises the case risk, flags a safety review if none is on file, and is audit-logged (§11.3). Automatic notification (Dean / on-call / a Manager) is not yet wired — alert them directly.
